Duncan Scuba Training is a PADI and SDI certified scuba diving training center based in Utah, dedicated to helping divers of all levels explore the underwater world with confidence. Whether you are taking your very first breath underwater or working toward advanced and professional certifications, we provide a safe, friendly, and supportive environment every step of the way.

Safe
We follow strict PADI and SDI training standards, use high-quality, well-maintained equipment, and progress at a pace that keeps you comfortable. From your first pool session to your final open water dive, safety is always our top priority.
Fun
Diving is about adventure and discovery. We keep our classes relaxed and encouraging, with plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and enjoy being in the water. You will join a community of divers who love to learn, laugh, and explore together.

Why Utah?
Utah might not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of scuba diving, but our state offers a surprising variety of training environments. From clear freshwater springs to mountain reservoirs, it is an ideal home base for building strong diving skills close to home.
Local dive sites such as Homestead Crater, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and other nearby lakes provide excellent conditions for year-round training, practice, and skill development. These sites let us simulate many of the conditions you will encounter on destination dives, from varying visibility to different temperatures and depths.
Based in Utah, we are also perfectly positioned for travel diving. Many of our students take what they learn in local waters and join trips to world-class destinations across the Pacific, Caribbean, and beyond. We love helping divers prepare for those adventures and feel ready the moment they roll off the boat.
